Customized treatment covered by insurance.
Every child and adolescent is different. A treatment plan that works for one may not work at all for another. So our approach to patient care is as individual as the person we are treating. We understand that ADHD has the potential to negatively impact a patient – and those around him or her. We also understand that early intervention and ongoing care, together with committed, active involvement on the part of other family members, is imperative in order to effectively treat ADHD. Our goal in instituting a course of treatment is to help our patients overcome feelings of alienation and isolation that can lead to withdrawal from friendships, favorite pursuits and required activities, such as classroom participation. By improving their ability to focus on everyday tasks, be it school work, chores or a part-time job, we are able to improve self-esteem, social interaction, academic performance and overall quality of life. And thus encourage them to reach their full potential. Best of all, due to the uniqueness of our “center of excellence” concept, the care we provide is generally covered in full by most medical plans. This means there are no out-of-pocket costs, other than the standard insurance co-payments. And to make it even easier, we participate with every major insurance carrier in the state. |
