Primary responsibilities include managing a team of clinical staff responsible for processing medication renewals, completing medication renewals, and participating in program development and growth. Close collaboration with the team to manage renewal volume is critical to success.

Detailed Job Summary:
The program manager of Medication Management manages ProHealth’s prescription management program, which is a central team that processes renewals and prior authorizations on behalf of ProHealth practices. The program manager provides clinical and general supervision and oversight of staff, routinely interacts with practices and providers, manages the team’s workload, and actively looks for and leads opportunities for program expansion. The program manager is also responsible for processing medication renewals and authorizations based on ProHealth Physicians protocols. As additional opportunities are identified for centralization (i.e., referral management), the program manager will provide operational support to help develop and pilot these services.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Works with ProHealth practices to provide support for medication management services and leads the ProHealth Medication Management team.

Position Description:
Support the Imaging team and its patients by providing quality Radiologic exams by following established standards and practices. Provide superior patient care while ensuring radiation doses are kept to a minimum using the ALARA principle. Optimize exposure for the given clinical task and patient group using dose reduction tools where appropriate. Must have sound knowledge of DR techniques and patient positioning for patients’ age birth to geriatrics. Possess strong communication skills with patients, staff, and Radiologists.
