Position Description:

Detailed Job Summary:
The program manager of Medication Management manages ProHealth’s prescription management program, which is a central team that processes renewals and prior authorizations on behalf of ProHealth practices. The program manager provides clinical and general supervision and oversight of staff, routinely interacts with practices and providers, manages the team’s workload, and actively looks for and leads opportunities for program expansion. The program manager is also responsible for processing medication renewals and authorizations based on ProHealth Physicians protocols. Role and Responsibilities:
• Works with ProHealth practices to provide support for medication management services and leads the ProHealth Medication Management team.
