As a Family Medicine practice, we focus on delivering care to patients ages 16 and older. Our ability to assess the health of our patients and provide treatment using chronic and short term disease management, in combination with “well” visit examinations, is our formula for helping patients maintain their healthiest selves.

With a complete understanding of a patient's health history, your personal care provider can address medical issues ranging from routine to complex. In addition, most of our patients can enjoy the convenience of having their lab work drawn here at our office, saving time for everyone. On all fronts, we make an effort to minimize your waiting time with the understanding that your time is as important as ours.

Electronic Health Records

We are always looking for new ways to provide value and care to our patients, so in the Fall of 2010 we implemented the Electronic Health Record. This technology ensures that our documentation of your visit is the most accurate and complete. E-prescribing, for example, sends your prescription to your pharmacy, and eliminates the need for phone calls or drop-off prescriptions. Your personal health information is protected in a comprehensive and secure electronic record that can be accessed easily.
