Q: Do I have to be a ProHealth patient to visit an Express Care Center?

A: You do not need to be a ProHealth patient to visit an Express Care center. All locations are open to the public.

Q: Do I need to make an appointment to be seen at Express Care?

A: Making an appointment allows for the clinician to see you in a more timely manner, but walk-in patients are welcome.

Q: Will the provider I see at an Express Care Center have access to my medical record?

A: If you are a ProHealth patient, all of your records will be available to our Express Care providers through the electronic health record. Your primary care provider will be able to see that you have visited an Express Care center and will follow up with you.

Q: I am not a ProHealth patient. Will my primary care physician know that I visited an Express Care Center?

A: If you have a primary care physician outside of ProHealth, our Express Care providers will send information about your visit to that provider.
