ProHealth’s billing operation focuses on ensuring that claims are paid accurately and quickly while providing high quality customer service to our patients. We are available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by calling (860) 284-5200 (press “1” at the prompt) or toll free at 1-800-268-2055.  You will consult with one of our Customer Service Representatives on concerns you may have regarding the intricacy of submitting your bills and obtaining the proper payment.

We pride ourselves in our payment turn around time, which exceeds industry standards. This allows us to notify our patients timely if we experience any difficulties with your insurance.

If you are a new patient to a ProHealth practice you may wish to complete some of the required paperwork prior to your arrival at the practice. You can access the Adult, Pediatric, or Family Billing Information Sheet through one of the links provided below. Additionally, you may want to review our HIPAA Disclosure statement or check on the various insurance plans accepted by ProHealth Physicians, Inc.
