Welcome to the internal medicine practice of Phoenix Specialty Group. Our providers, Dr. Paul Bellofiore, Dr. Neil Miller and Dr. Joseph Soufer (formerly members of Phoenix Internal Medicine Associates), are now part of ProHealth Physicians, Connecticut’s largest primary care physician group. Kimberely Casagni, APRN formerly of Phoenix Internal Medicine in Thomaston has recently joined Phoenix Specialty Group.
