Jeffrey Ettinger, MD

Dr. Ettinger earned his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University in Hershey, PA. He completed his residency at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT and is board certified in Internal Medicine.

 

 

 

Minh Han, MD

Dr. Han earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. After medical school, Dr. Han spent three years at Carlilion Medical Center in Virginia for post-graduate training working in a mostly indigent clinic and served as one of the county’s medical examiners. After completing his residency training and becoming board certified in Family Practice, Dr. Han moved to Connecticut. Among his other appointments, Dr. Han serves on the Board of Directors for ProHealth Physicians and is an Assistant Clinical Professor for UConn School of Medicine. He speaks Vietnamese and Spanish and regularly participates in medical mission trips around the world, having taken his staff to Tibet and Thailand. Ranjit Kuru, MD

Dr. Kuru earned his medical degree from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. He completed his residency at Saint Mary's Hospital and is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Monique Martin, MD

Dr. Martin earned her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. She completed her residency at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and is board certified in Family Medicine. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Anil Nair, MD

Dr. Nair earned his medical degree from State University of New York in Buffalo. He is a graduate of the Robert Wood Johnson Internal Medicine Residency program that included a year as Chief Resident. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and has a particular interest in preventive care. The qualities that Dr. Nair takes most pride in are a strong work ethic, compassion for his patients and his leadership and communication skills. His focus on comprehensive care allows him to cultivate long-term relationships with his patients. He speaks Malayalam and English.

Ramon Nieto, MD

Dr. Nieto was trained at National University of Colombia and is board certified in Internal Medicine.

 

Daniel Tardif, MD

Dr. Tardif earned his medical degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA. He attended graduate school at Kent State University in Ohio and completed his residency at Hartford Hospital in Connecticut. He is board certified in Internal Medicine. His society memberships include Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society, the AMA, American Society of Internal Medicine, CT Medical Society, and Hartford County Medical Association.

 

Heather Dalwadi, MS, PA-C

Heather is a Physician Assistant with a Master of Science, Physicians Assistant Studies. She has a background in Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, and Emergency Medicine. She has a particular interest in metabolic disorders and preventive care.

Whitney Showman-Boyer, MS, PA-C

Whitney is a Physician Assistant with a Master of Science, Physicians Assistant Studies.
