Steven received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from western CT State University. He worked as a registered nurse in the Emergency Room at Waterbury Hospital and as a Home Infusion Nurse for PHCS. Steven then went on to earn his Master's of Science in Nursing from Southern Connecticut State University as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He is certified by the American Credentialing Center, a member of the CT Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Society and teh American Nursing Association.
