Management Services

ProHealth Physicians offers a wide array of management services that enable ProHealth providers to focus on medicine.  Our management and administrative team’s expertise in areas such as clinical performance, research, practice management, ancillary services, managed care, and finance, allow physicians to have the support they need to more effectively direct their attention to clinical and patient service activities. 

Day-to-day operations are managed by a highly professional management team, and shareholder physicians participate through key committees that direct specific areas of business. Each committee consists of approximately nine physician members and two management representatives, and is designed to review proposals and finalize company-wide decisions.

Physician-owned and organized, ProHealth is led by two boards of directors. Both boards include physicians and leading industry executives who work collaboratively with an experienced management team to set strategy and establish policy.
