Connecticut Center for ADHD
Living with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is complicated, confusing and frustrating. Not only because of the condition itself, but because today’s fragmented healthcare system makes it laborious and expensive to properly diagnose and treat. Wouldn’t it be a tremendous relief to have a team of experts guiding you through every step of evaluation and treatment?
The Connecticut Center For ADHD provides exactly that. Now, for the first time, children and adolescents (ages 6 – 22) dealing with ADHD – or the possibility of ADHD – have a single and comprehensive resource to help them and their families navigate the muddy waters of assessment and care. Here are just a few examples of what sets us apart:
- Expertise in all aspects of diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and coordination of care in a single center of excellence.
- A collaborative process that involves the patient, family, school personnel and various healthcare providers in devising and implementing a treatment plan that is individually tailored to each patient.

Connecticut Center for Primary Care (CCPC)
The Connecticut Center for Primary Care (CCPC) was created as a not for profit organization in 2002 by ProHealth Physicians. Through the use of community-based practices, the Center conducts health services research on models of care that can then be replicated in primary care offices throughout the state. The activities of the Center are directed toward issues that are central to the effective organization and delivery of primary care medical services.

Connecticut Sinus Institute
The mission of the Connecticut Sinus Institute is to provide the best possible care for patients with diseases and disorders affecting the nose and sinuses. We specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of sinusitis, sino-nasal tumors and other diseases affecting the nose for both adults and children.
Research and Education are two critical components of the care model. We fully engage patient education in order to help patients understand their disease and treatment options, so that they can become partners in their care. Participation in research and ongoing physician education enables continuous improvement of care at the professional level.
The Connecticut Sinus Institute is now accepting new patients. There are two practice locations to better serve patients’ needs: our West Hartford practice is easily accessible to those who live west of the I-91 interstate, while our Glastonbury practice may be more convenient to those who reside or work east of the highway. Both locations are available to all patients.
Dr. Seth Brown, MD, MBA runs the Institute. He trained in Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat) at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City and completed additional training in Rhinology (diseases affecting the nose) at Cornell University. He specializes in treatment of sinusitis, both medical and surgical, and in endoscopic skull base surgery.
