Healthy Lifestyles, Healthy Living

Simsbury Pediatrics promotes healthy lifestyes for our children and their families. Dr. Mark Sabo along with his wife Jennifer Sabo, a registered dietician, actively promote healthy living and educate the public. They provide an invaluable resource to our patients, their families and other interested groups. Healthy living begins with information for expectant parents, newborns, children and young adults. You will find suggestions for lifestyle changes such as a healthy diet, exercise and links to information about family oriented physical activities for all ages.

Her patients and their families will miss the professional and personal care she gave to them on a daily basis. We know she will enjoy her well deserved retirement.

Congratulations Dr. Pericat!
