About the Practice

Office Hours

Our office is open weekdays from 8:30am to 4:45pm. We are located at the corner of Route 10 (Hopmeadow Street) and Latimer Lane in Simsbury, CT. Please see below for directions.

A nurse is available by telephone during regular office hours to address your concerns, 860-658-0465.

Saturday sick visits are available if necessary. To schedule an appointment, please call on Saturday mornings between 8:30am and 11:45am.

Thursday 8:30am–5pm
Friday 8:30am–5pm

After-Hours Coverage and Emergencies

After hour calls will be answered by a triage nurse who can give medical advice between the hours of 5:00pm and 8:30am. The Pediatric Advice Line can provide you with immediate answers to urgent health care questions during these hours. It is staffed by Registered Nurses who are specially trained to give pediatric telephone advice. If necessary, the nurse will elevate the call to a pediatrician who can help in medical decision making. This service can be reached by calling our regular office telephone number, 860-658-0465.

Insurance Participation

We accept most major health insurance plans. However, please confirm whether we accept your specific health insurance at the time you schedule your appointment. Our staff will gladly answer all of your questions. Please feel free to call our offices during regular business hours.

Referrals

Many insurance plans require a referral from your primary care physician in order to see a specialist. It is important to know if your insurance requires a referral. We ask that you give us at least one week to process the referral.
