Meet Our Team

James O’Brien, MD, FCCP, FAASM
Medical Director

Dr. O’Brien first became involved in sleep medicine more than 20 years ago when he noticed that many of his patients actually harbored undiagnosed sleep disorders. Once tested and treated, many of these patients improved dramatically and experienced a greater than anticipated clinical result. These early patient experiences shifted his medical focus toward sleep disorders and achieving healthy sleep for his patients.

Dr. O’Brien earned his medical degree from New York Medical College and completed his internal medicine, pulmonary, and sleep medicine training in the Boston area. Throughout his career, Dr. O’Brien has lectured innumerable times to health care professionals both in the US and Germany about sleep disorders.
