Grand opening: New location in Farmington

We’re excited and proud to announce that we’re opening a brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Farmington this fall. It includes a primary care office as well as specialty, diagnostic and cosmetic services all at the same site.

This means you can see your primary care doctor, then meet with your ProHealth Physicians audiologist, plastic surgeon or sleep specialist without leaving the building.
