Hot peaches recipe
- 1–1½ fresh peaches per person (frozen peaches also work well), sliced or chopped
- Cinnamon to taste
- Crushed, toasted pecans, ½ tbsp. per person
- Preheat oven to 375° and spray an oven-safe dish with nonstick coating.
- Place peaches in dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake until hot, usually 10–15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with toasted pecans.
Serve with pork chops, grilled chicken, burgers or fish. This is also delicious as a dessert or served on top of oatmeal.
