All bills for services after February 5, 2023 will now be paid through our new patient portal, MyChart. See below to see which online bill pay system to use for the bill you have.

MyChart is the easiest way to pay your bill, make appointments, see results, and more! Pay online using MyChart. Not ready to sign up? Pay as a guest with MyChart using your account number and last name.
Pay by phone
Call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to pay your bill by phone with a credit card: 1-800-924-7952, option 1.
Have billing questions or need a payment plan? Call Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST and press option 2.
Pay by mail with check
Fill out the form at the bottom of your paper statement and return it with your check in the envelope provided. Please write your account number on your check and make it payable to ProHealth Physicians.
