A Word From Our Chairman:
The Connecticut Center for Primary Care (CCPC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to primary care. Founded in 2002 by ProHealth Physicians, CCPC engages in research and education that strengthens the central role of primary care in an evolving healthcare system. At the time of its founding, CCPC was the first organization of its kind in the history of our state.
While maintaining a close relationship with ProHealth Physicians as an advanced primary care group practice, CCPC encompasses all of primary care within our state and region and has emerged as an active participant within the national community of primary care. In many ways, CCPC is modeled after the Group Health Research Institute, which works in synergy with the larger group practice while expanding its reach well beyond those borders. The mission of CCPC centers on three strategic goals—research, education, and primary care transformation. Read More
