Four ProHealth offices recently came together to become Glastonbury Primary Care. The four offices include:

- Offices of David Salm, MD, and Stuart Herlands, MD
- Office of Paul Vella, MD
- Somerset Internal Medicine
In addition to Salm, Herlands and Vella, mentioned above, the combined team of providers now includes:
