FAQs: Pediatric office move from Meriden to Wallingford

Our Meriden pediatric office joined their colleagues at our Wallingford pediatric office at 1062 Barnes Road on June 27, 2025.

By combining our resources, we have a larger team of pediatricians, nurses and staff. This decision was made to ensure we can continue providing high-quality care for our patients.

All scheduled appointments will be at the same date and time. The office location is now at 1062 Barnes Road, Wallingford.

Our new office name is ProHealth Physicians Pediatrics, Wallingford, which represents the unity of our care teams at this location. Our new phone number is 1-203-294-6328.

Our office hours will stay as Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday hours are 8:30 a.m.to 1 p.m. Appointment times will stay the same in our Wallingford office.

All ProHealth patient medical records are saved in our electronic health record (EHR) system. Your medical records will be available automatically to your pediatrician at our Wallingford office. There is nothing you need to do.

In April, we sent a letter to our Meriden patients with more information and answers to frequently asked questions. We will be updating our frequently asked questions as we have more information. Please bookmark this page to check back.

Our office is located at 1062 Barnes Road in Wallingford. You’ll find our suite on the first floor, right after you come in through the main doors.

It is roughly a 10-minute drive from the office in Meriden to the new Wallingford location.

The office building we've moved to is immediately off I-91, Exit 15. It’s right next to a Courtyard by Marriott. You can also get there easily via back roads. Please be sure your directions are taking you to 1062 Barnes Road. There is a different pediatric office also on Barnes, farther up the road.

There is a free parking lot with plenty of spaces right outside the building.

We understand that transportation can be a concern and we want you to have the information you need. The new office at 1062 Barnes Road in Wallingford is not on a bus route. We know this might make it harder to get there. We have a care coordination team at ProHealth that you can call. They can talk to you about resources and options and help you get the support you need.

HUSKY members: HUSKY Medicaid provides medical transportation for your appointments. To arrange this, call 1-855-478-7350. Planning ahead is recommended to ensure a smooth process.

Yes. Dr. Susan Lelko and Dr. Rena Aroesty both moved to our Wallingford office. We know that your relationship with your pediatrician is important. We would be delighted for you to keep seeing them in Wallingford.

We’ve been talking about options for a new ProHealth Physicians primary care and pediatrics building in the Meriden/Wallingford area. No set timeline or plan are in place at this time. When we know more, we’ll let you know.
