She took her time and explaining what was wrong with me. She’s very pleasant. She answers questions and I was very satisfied with her. This is my second time I’ve seen her and I’m quite satisfied with her. My original PCP was away or out that day, and it was more than happy to have her.

Alexandra Ford is an excellent PA. She takes the time to listen and answer any questions you have. She’s caring, very knowledgeable and we’re happy we came to this practice.

She was great, however, because she has to follow Pro Health Guidelines instead of having some of her own autonomy, I would not recommend Pro Health to anyone. I am a nurse and I have not heard anything good about the ways you operate.
