I assume she’s competent, but she’s not very warm, and she can be dismissive about my concerns.

I very much like her and trust her. She is difficult to get an urgent/sick appointment with. I only get appts that are prescheduled at either 3 months or a year. Nothing else is ever available.

Listen to me and show compassion

Good communication and the prescription she gave me took care of my sinus infection that she diagnosed. She said I would start feeling much better in 3-4 days with taking the antibiotic, and that was exactly the case.
