She is very comfortable to work with. Very caring with getting back to you with results on blood work and getting back to you with diagnosis and treatment. I gave a rating of 10 to Dr Bernshteyn as she deserves a rating of 10. I am an established patient and a complex patient to deal with regarding medical and psychological issues. She is both competent and compassionate.

Explains treatment completely. Take time to listen to my questions. If I wasn't very satisfied with her I wouldn't have stayed with for over 20 years

Was first appt to meet. Dr did a physical. Gave wrong information about prescription dosage. In follow up messaging on MyChart was not helpful and did not admit mistake trying to deny her treatment.

Really enjoy Dr. Bernshteyn- she is knowledgeable, professional, welcoming & easy to deal with.

She made the accurate diagnosis and prescribed the necessary medication. This was an emergency and I appreciated the prompt appointment and response from the physician.
