She is very personal cares about her patience listens always gives great advice. I always tell people about her and how much I love her. She’s really a people person and a great doctor.

I chose to give her a 10 as I appreciate her patience, in that, while having a Physical, due to my arthritis it’s difficult to move up, down or sideways. She didn’t rush me but helped me up during that Physical.

I have absolute confidence in her. Just had a very good yearly examination in February. I am very happy she is my doctor. She is very understanding in my concerns about my health.

After several visits about heart palpitations, lightheadedness, flashing lights, etc., I was scheduled with Dr.Bernshteyn, who recognized the symptoms could be related to my heart. At its worst, I had a seizure, passed out, and fell out of my shower. I thought I was being a bad mom and had no idea what was going on. It was AFIB, and it was so out of control that I went into cardiac arrest during my stress test. She changed my life. I had surgery that lasted several hours. The electricity was firing out of my heart valve, so it was difficult to reach. They did an ablation. She is the most intelligent, kind, caring Doctor I have ever met. She will spend the time she needs to with her patients. I don't care if I ever have to sit in the waiting room for hours. That's never happened, but I wouldn't complain. The ladies at the desk are always great!

She did not listen to my concerns before jumping to recommendations. She also focused on my weight above all other concerns. While I have been satisfied with my body size, she made me feel ashamed of weight gain.

Dr. Bernshteyn is always very professional, understanding and helpful.

She discusses plan for care of ailments. She listens to patient concerns.. She follows care with phone calls even after hours.
