Dr. Koirala is courteous and professional. He looks at the patient when speaking to him and not at the computer. He records everything so there are no mistakes. My primary care doctor Koirala is the best I can expect. He has the high-level medical knowledge with empathy and caring. He is excellent dealing with complex diagnoses, that most older people like me already have. He recommends to see specialists as needed and uses preventative screenings and clear, jargon-free communication to explain diagnoses and treatments, including the benefits and side effects of medications. He customizes all care plans based on lifestyle, health goals, and family history rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach. His appointment has never been rushed. Strongly recommended!
