Brent is very nice and he’s a very good care provider, very compassionate the issues that I have are not with the provider, it is with the policies. Not being able to discuss any other reasons for my appointment and having such a limited amount of time makes being there feel stressful and incomplete as I had a few issues I needed to discuss that were unrelated to my appointment or to my physical, asking a patient to come back and make a separate appointment for something that could’ve been discussed during my appointment is a little ridiculous. It is a way for the practice to generate more money and not spend extra time with patients. It’s very evident when I’m there signing away my right to share a complaint with my provider. Because of time constraints and future appointments being needed for these issues. You being part of this corporation that is forcing practice to be this way is very disturbing. And at the end of my appointment, I felt that I had issues that were not able to be addressed. That’s not holistic care.
