Dr.Doan is the kindest physician. He responds to my questions all the time and goes beyond my visit time if I have more questions.

He seems to care, listens to you and provides answers to my questions & concerns.

I came in for a very painful and inflamed bump on my armpit. He told me he did not know what it was. I asked to run tests to try to figure it out but he did not want to. Very dismissive. I ended up needing to go to urgent care later that same day to have it looked at by somebody who actually cared. Same thing happened when Sarah Levine refused to give me a strep test. Urgent care confirmed the same day that I had strep throat and actually treated it for me. Prohealth providers *except for Beth* have only wasted my time and money. They do not actually want to provide any kind of treatment for their patients.

10/plus, He is very thoughtful and takes time to listen to my concerns. He treats me like a family friend.
