I have confidence in him

This was the first time I met Dr Mintell, even though I've been going to ProHealth for many many years. Dr Mintell was very kind and very thorough. He told me exactly how to treat the burn on my hand-some bacitracin/antibiotic ointment and cover with a bandaid-do this twice a day. He looked at what lotion I brought him and he examined carefully the ingredients in it. In taking this survey, I just want to point out that I was puzzled about the female medical asst that took my weight, blood pressure, etc., asked what my concern was. I was very surprised when she told me that it was better to leave the burn uncovered and even suggested a product to use on it. I don't ever recall having a medical assistant trying to assess my medical condition. I did not follow her advice, but did follow Dr Mintell's advice and now my burn has significantly healed-maybe a few more days of healing to go.

I'm always surprised at how much research he has done regarding the visit before even meeting with me He’s prepared and gets right to the point Very easy to talk to

Dr. Mentell is an excellent and most thorough doctor o have ever had!

He is very attentive to my issues, and answered all my questions

Appts are always rushed. MA and Doc always have the floor. Never ask if we have any questions or concerns to discuss. NEVER.

Dr Mintell is very caring and he takes the time to listen to the things I have to say. I can tall that he is a very hard working doctor and takes his job seriously. He was a complete gentleman during my visit and I was pleased with the way he explained everything and answered my questions.

He's caring, knowledgeable, and I have great confidence in him.

He is compassionate and competent

Dr. Mintell took care of my husband and me for many years. Oh I guess over [omitted] maybe close to [omitted] not [omitted] he’s always been very efficient very kind listen to us and he’s become a friend to me. My husband is since passed away. He’s a wonderful family physician.

He was thorough and professional.

He's oldier than I'm, so I would not recommend someone who may retire any day.
