He is very unprofessional, does not listen to any of my concerns. He had a fit because I go to Quest for my bloodwork and my Specialists (2 of which I have had for years) are not part of the ProHealth network. No other doctor I have seen at that practice had a problem with it.

I had to switch my appointment time and i couldn’t see my first PCP who is loved, “Oksana” but Derek was also awesome for the one appointment i had with him, it’s just tough to be 100% accurate with limited experience from my perspective

Dr. Nguyen spent unhurried time listening to me. He reviewed my medical history and medications WITH me. I felt that he and I were in a mutual collaboration. I am a respected participant in understanding my health and planning for my needs. He has a kind and respectful manner. I like and trust him.

Dr. Nguyen wants to help people and families take charge of their health. He plans to offer clear communication, preventive care and a focus on patients. He vowed to make a difference in people's lives by providing life-saving care to all and will treat every patient with respect, kindness, and the best medical care.
