I was having a pain in my back..thought it was my kidneys abd she thought it was more muscle related and sent me to ivy therapy..she was spot on!

She listens and comes off very caring. There's been a few times with other doctors and APRNs that just asked the boilerplate questions, didn't listen to anything, and then when you had to remind them, it was met with oh well let's wait and see. She's very much concerned with the patient rather than just numbers or getting people in and out fast. I really enjoy working with her on my vists.

Erica is a very caring provider and is very thorough with answering any questions I may have and explains them in a proficient manner. Her compassion for her patients is outstanding and you can tell she is sincere. She makes you feel relaxed in her presence which makes it easy to talk with her about any pain you may be having or any other concerns about your health. I would say Erica is one of the most caring and intelligent providers I have ever had.
