Dr. Wendt entirely supports my desire to use as few medications as possible: to do so outdoors as frequently as I can. She also supports my preference for Physical Therapy whenever helpful and supports my appreciation of: Dr. Sanjay Gupta’s approach to lifestyle and health and diet, especially his new MIND diet, combining the Mediterranean diet with brain health.

This was my first time seeing this provider. I don't care for Telehealth appointments. She seemed distant, it was hard for me to get to know her, the appointment was a little rushed. I feel it is hard to judge her from that one visit. She seemed knowledgeable, I would like to have an in person visit with her next time. That is why I gave a middle of the road review.

About Erin Wendt, MD
Dr. Wendt started her career in the air force. She worked in family medicine for four years in Yokota AB, Japan. Originally from New Hampshire, she's returning to the United States to work at ProHealth in Connecticut. She looks forward to working with patients to support their health goals. When she's not working, you can find her hiking outdoors. She's also into books and board games. After living in Japan, Dr. Wendt can speak a little Japanese. She also speaks a little Spanish.Gender
