1) Not professional when we disagreed about doing mammograms. She tried to make me feel guilty that I no longer want to do them every year. (Breast cancer is not an issue in my family, so I wish to do them every other year.) 2) Difficult to communicate with due to her accent and manner of speaking. 3) I do NOT need an appointment to go over items I have discussed with my primary doctor, and I did NOT feel comfortable with Evelyn to discuss any issues.

Evelyn was very nice and professional, but with all due respect, she speaks with a pretty heavy accent and was wearing a mask, which made it even more difficult to communicate. I found myself saying what? Or could you repeat yourself? Don't get me wrong, she is certainly qualified and a very nice lady, but when trying to understand someone with such a heavy accent, the mask is a significant impediment for me.
