I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chan. She was professional, courteous, and thorough. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions, listened carefully, and made me feel heard and well cared for. I also appreciated how quickly she responded to my test results in MyChart. Overall, I feel confident in her care and would gladly continue seeing her as my primary care physician, as well as for any urgent needs. I also value that she has been at this location for several years, as continuity of care is very important to me.
