Dr Chan listens to you and asks all the right questions, just in case you forgot something. She is professional but still very personable. I was apprehensive when my original provider left the practice but I have been very happy working with Dr Chan.

Dr. Chan always gets back to me quickly when I message her on the patient portal. However, I've found that when I have a physical exam with her she isn't as thorough as I've experienced in the past with other doctors or APRNs. She does go over all my bloodwork and medications and asks if I have any concerns but she physically does not touch me. She listens to my heart, touches my ankles and looks in my ears. But I expect her to have me lie back while she exams my abdomen area and looks in my mouth and eyes and feels around my neck area for any abnormalities. I'm disappointed that she's not a hands-on doctor. She's a bit standoffish and unfriendly.
