I feel she was rushed this time and not as compassionate & friendly. I didn’t feel heard.

I have known Georgia from the senior center for a long time and have never heard or seen Georgia to be anything but kind and helpful to all.

Caring, informed, proactive, complete

Because she listens to what you’re talking about asks the appropriate questions and then takes the necessary actions to help you

She didn't seem to know what she was doing, then disappeared to call one of my doctors, finally came back and hadn't reached the doctor, so she let the matter drop. I got tired of explaining things to her that she should have known. She didn't impress me at all with her abilities. Perhaps she would be good at treating a sore throat but nothing more.

Georgia is an excellent listener and communicator
