I'VE ALREADY RECOMMENDED PEOPLE

Before today it would have been a ten but after having a televisit with him he never filled out the paperwork that the appointment was made for then when asked a week later his assistant tried to have me make another appointment to have him fill out the same paper work he did not fill out the first time essentially trying to double bill me for the same service and not until I got upset and refused did she say she would make sure the dr filled it out
