Hadeer Eltahan, MD

I felt like Dr. Eltahan was very kind and respectful, as it was my first visit with her. However, I felt like some of the things she said were a little to the point, and made me feel kind of bad. she told me my BMI was healthy, but was approaching overweight. I have never been told that was a problem by my pediatrician, so it kind of caught me off guard, as i have been the same weight for years. i understand she didn’t mean this in a hurtful way, but i am a young girl who has struggled with body image issues in the past, so this approach i found a little hurtful, especially because my bmi is healthy.

Felt extremely biased and off of personal opinion

One of the best medical providers I have ever encountered. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly, puts me at ease, and listens. I know I’m in very good hands with this provider.
