He is warm and welcoming

I have had four appointments with dr. Wass. 2 physicals and 1 medication appt and 1 triage of a shoulder problem. He has never touched me with the exception of checking knee reflexes with an instrument. I went for frozen shoulder and was referred to PT for thoracic spine. I got a letter from cvs that two of my meds my cause low blood sugar and he said my a1c was fine - that is a 90 day look back not daily blood sugar drops. I complained of gastro problems for a year and was basically told hormones and age. And then had a naturopath correctly diagnose SIBO after 11 months of intense illness.

Dr. Wasser is excellent! He provided a timely referral to a headache specialist when I needed to be seen quickly and had difficulty getting an appointment. This led to my getting diagnosed with a tumor and getting the surgical care I needed very quickly. I feel so grateful to have been taken seriously and feel like I am always listened to well.

Dr Wasser is very through and pleasent. Goes over any concerns that I had. New prescription given and instructions were given clearly. Reason for the change was also given.

Been dealing with issue for 10 mouths and have seen many medical providers (PCP, ENT, dentist, oral pathologist). Nobody seems to have answer. Have had to be own advocate. PCP willing to order whatever I ask for, but I've had to do all the research.
