have had only one fifteen min. visit with him and one email, both very good. any difficulties were were due to my voicemail probs, and how communications are organized at your practice, esp. My Chart. the turnover of health givers at your office seems rather high

He was good, but I have an MRI for my stomach and see a neurologist. It has not been approved and I can’t get strict answer for anybody. I’ve also told my case manager she’s gonna follow up why my MRI is not been approved. Anyone says it’s something to do with the insurance and this has been going on for almost 2 weeks and they say I have a mass in my stomach and nothing it’s been pushed to get anything done would say it insurance company and pro health says there’s nothing they can do to insurance and they said I’m on a list of some sort. I don’t know what it is but they need to explain better and try to get the referrals through and they said my mask could be cancerous so I don’t know this is totally ridiculous and I don’t know who to blame anymore pro health or an insurance company but the next step I’m gonna see I might have got a lawyer and see what I have to do about this situation. I don’t think it’s prohealth. I think it’s due insurance but for two weeks I’ve been waiting.

He was competent and explained everything to me. I did get the bloodwork he suggested yesterday and I am waiting for him to contact me about the results when he gets them. I guess I can only hope that will be reasonably prompt.

Very attentive; asks questions about reason for visit and listens to answers; bed-side manner is fantastic; really, really like his personality and manner and plan of attack (on my problem)

It was my first visit with Jeffrey being that Dr. Schifferdecker and the other APRN 's have retired. I thought Jeffrey covered all my health issues and was thorough.

Rude, argumentative, not knowlegable on medications, screwed up the RX he did send to the pharmacy (incorrect amount and instructions).

Because he was thorough and pleasant. He was attentive to details about my bloodwork report.
