Dr. Masteocola is very kind, and even though she is overbooked, rushed, and spread too thin with all of the patients that Scheduling crams into her day, she still is pleasant, and tries her best to remain calm, and give me individual, focused attention in the short, rushed moments that we have together. This is a good and caring Dr. that is going to be completely spent and broken if whomever controls the over-scheduling of these Healthcare Professionals doesn't make some reasonable adjustments in the number of patients that they're expected to reat in 1 day!! No one (not the Drs. nor their patients) benefit, well, from that sort of unreasonable scheduling.

She really takes her time to address every situation with care. She always make sure that I understand complete about whats going on with me reguardless of the situation. Lastly, she's been my MD since the summer of 2019, so I trust her completely with my care. :)

as much as she a pretty good doctor, here schedule is to busy to meet with her and not to feel rushed when needing to talk about more than one issue with clear understanding and plan because your not given enough time with her or just any doctors. You can't really schedule another appointment near to talk about other issues if you can't see her or follow really

Dr. Mastrocola is an amazing doctor. I have a lot of anxiety about health and doctors and Dr. Mastrocola has mastered her way of approaching me at appointments. She is gentle and respectful of my mental health issues. She knows how to handle me so that I receive the best care and have a good and pleasant experience.

After waiting for over 1-1/2 hrs she cut me off when I was asking a question or two and told me she was running behind and to let my reg Dr take care of those questions. It’s wasnt my fault she was so late. I thought that was rude. I missed work time and it wasn’t fair I had to wait that long. I drank alot of water before the appt thinking she may do a urine test but was left in the rm and couldn’t hold it. I had to go find a bathroom. No one came to ck on me until after I went to the bathroom.
