She is very caring and does not process you through the 'system' but she actually talks with you like a person. At one time I did have a Doctor at ProHealth that was nowhere near as concerned about me as Dr. Mastrocola is about me. You should give her a raise.

Dr. Mastrocola is a pleasant, caring, attentive doctor, who is ridiculously over-booked with too many appointments in 1 day, so that she is literally running around, and TORN from 1 patient to the next!!! . . . doing her best to maintain a calm, caring demeanor and focus on [the next number] who she's currently with, and provide them with as best a quality of attentiveness that she humanly can, while she is visibly anxious and distracted by what is calling her away just outside the door, throughout the entire, brief visit (due to her being so overbooked and torn in too many directions at once)!! She's a lovely, conscientious person, who obviously WANTS TO BE a good doctor, but this revolving door routine is going to lead to burn-out, and ruin this good, and lovely doctor. Additionally, as I mentioned at the onset of this Survey, I prefer Alternative Medicine, but since insurance companies don't pay for that, and I cannot afford to pay out of pocket, then I need a Practitioner who is at least familiar with (but even better, will promote, and not dismiss) the superior, truly-curative properties of natural remedies as opposed to pushing medications (the common, University-taught, Pharmaceutical Companies' promoted, symptom dulling and oftentimes further-health-damaging methods: which RESEARCH, personal experience, and the demise of billions of other Patients [AKA: GuineaPigs] CLEARLY INDICATES is definitely the result)!!! . . . . . . . so that our doctor/patient interactions will be on the same page (not conflicting; which only ends up being frustrating for both her and me), and will truly be in my own best interests as the Patient.
