Received excellent healthcare from Dr Schifferdecker at Pro Health Vernon for many years but he has retired and I had an appt with her in Vernon and have moved to ProHealth in Tolland with Dr Allen. She is taking care of me and already improved my hearing by flushing out the wax in my left ear.

Caring and knowledgeable. Wasn't able to see all my prior information.

She walked out of my appointment. She complained about the appointment before mine to the medical assistant. She didnt want to helo me and made it clear there was nothing she could do for me. She admitted to not looking at my file prior to coming into the room. I tried to Advocate for myself and had her walk out on me.

I have to call on call to get my medication. I can't even get a referral for a sleep apnea test. I have hypoxia. I need this done!!! Why can't they do it?? Just a referral.

They did not ask me about what I was experiencing. I assumed they had reviewed the notes left by the nurse but they had not. She assumed I was still experiencing travelers diarrhea and did not understand that I was having flu like symptoms. Therefore she dismissed me when I said I took a Covid test. She almost had me leave before listening to my lungs. I did not feel well cared for. Seemed like a waste of money to be seen.
