On the whole, she is efficient and covers all her bases. She communicates well. However, she refers to the staff at the front desk as he girls. She should know better. Those ladies are older than she is, and they work hard to serve the patients and keep the office running smoothly. I am older than he girls, so I feel that I am not respected, either.
