Jen actually listened to what I had to say and was very good at explaining things to me. I was given a new medication and she scheduled a follow-up for 2 weeks after I started taking it just to make sure things were going well. She's always polite and courteous to me and really takes the time to listen to what you have to say. I would recommend with no hesitation
