    She seems to listen to me, but doesn’t really talk to me about any of my health issues. I see health issues in my chart that I didn’t even know I had. I have said before that they listen, but they don’t hear what I say. Some of the things in my chart I don’t ever recall having said. Yet it is now listed in my chart. now they use AI to record and there are still things in my chart that seem to be taken out of context. I don’t I think I want them using AI anymore.

    Julia Wells don't show any concern despite asking her if I need to worry about my bloodwork 6 months ago and she even said that I have motjing to worry and my blood work is getting better despite knowing that my hemoglobin level was 6.3 and hemotocrit of 27. But she wants to order more teat to find out more but never heard anything from her then 6 months later I have to go to ER for blood transfusion

    The NP failed to follow up. The NP was too concerned with going through the motions and getting the appointment done that I don't think that she could pick me out of a line up, even if it was the same day as my appointment. If I was likely to die tomorrow, I am confident that the NP would not have told me.
