She always takes the time to listen to any of my concerns

I felt that my concerns were not taken as serious as I hoped. I went to the practice about allergy concerns. I had been having allergic reactions with alcoholic drinks and I was told it is just me getting red while drinking. I explained that I have been drinking for 4+ years and this is the first time it has been intense, itchy, irritated, and hot to the touch. The provider googled my symptoms and read me the AI summary about what she thought was happening. I responded that I think it is more severe and I was given a sticky note that told me to take Claritin. I typically see Alyssa Phillips and I have been very happy with my care. This past visit on [omitted] was the first time I saw Jyoti and I was disappointed. I have been happy with scheduling and the office otherwise
