She is knowledgeable about whatever health problems I am experiencing. She explains the cause and treatment plan in a way that I can understand always with professionalism.

This was my very first appointment with her, Dr. Herbert Keating was my previous PCC, Kenia is kind and likeably, but I'm disappointed with her for a couple of reasons, she promised that as soon as I was leaving the office she will make an appointment for me to see an specialist for a new diagnostic that I have, promising that I was going to hear from them maybe the next day or the soonest possible. A few days after I called the office up, I left her a message, as off today I haven't heard from her. The other reason is that that date for some reason my blood pressure was unusually high, it's showing on in my chart in read, but she didn't even mentioned it.

She's courteous and kind. She listens to your concerns.

I don't have many conversations with others about medical workers.

She's a good listener she takes her time explaining everything she's very clear when asking questions she looks at everything at a holistic approach very please wouldn't have anyone else if she was on vacation for 5 months I will wait till she gets back just to see her

Speaking a bit to fast seems like she wants to be done and go to next person but she is very nice

She gave me a lot of information about my symptoms and likely diagnosis, along with what to expect in the future and what my options are for next steps.

While I liked her demeanor, and appreciated her knowledge and expertise, she was totally intimidated by Optum’s rules and how she would be scrutinized for how she was rated by her employer.

She is somebody you can talk to. She explained to you so that you can understand what is going on. She works with you based on what is going on with your illness. She is a good person to talk to.
