She is a good listener and addresses my problems. The only issue I have is that I haven't heard from anyone in Pro Health about the results of the stool tests I had done @ Quest on [omitted]. When I called the office to inquire I was told that someone would call me after they had reviewed the test results. It is 8 days since I brought in the specimen and I haven't heard from anyone @ ProHealth yet.
