In my first visit with Dr. Watts after having been diagnosed with RA, probably in 2023 or 2024,I expressed concerns about having had a UTI during an RA flare and shared that I was doing at home testing because I was terrified that I had had a significant UTI without any symptoms at all. at that point, Dr. Watts was quite dismissive of my concerns. In my recent visit with her, she apologized and was more open to discussing. I am also quite concerned that I had a regular annual visit scheduled in early 2025 when I arrived a bit late after calling the office to notify them that I was running late, my appointment was canceled and I could not get another appointment for an annual exam until almost a year later 11 months! Inexcusable

I have no problem with my provider. She is excellent.

When reviewing my medic records I found information that I believed was false and sent thee concerns by text to the doctor. She never got back to me and I further confronted her with these concerns at my next appointment. I had to go to my eye doctor and get it in writing from her that this formation was in fact false. I shouldn't have to do this. She should have called my doctor and had her fax the information to her.

My doc is awesome. She doesn't make me feel like she's just working an assembly line.
