She is thorough, patient and has good bedside manner

She is the best doctor I've ever had. There isn't enough room for me to explain all the good things about her.

She is not my regular doctor but she was able to see me when I had a very bad infection and needed to see a doctor right away. She was so compassionate and sympathetic to the misery and discomfort I was going through. She was very gentle. She explained what was happening and that it was probably due to a medication that I am currently taken. They prescription you gave me had me cleared up quickly. She also took the time to contact me to see how I was doing a few days later.

I’m at ease with her. I feel she is thorough.

Dr. Watts is a wonderful doctor...I just do not feel that things are explained as far as procedures go in their practice...they just assume we patients know what to do next. So my overall experience in my last visit was not that good.

I have had too many negative experiences, including her prescribing the wrong dose of medication for my needs. Additionally she said she was going to review one of my lab results at my next visit. During the next visit, she never addressed the abnormal lab value.

She didn’t ask any questions to get to the root of what was going on. If she would have asked lifestyle/exercise/nutrition/when I started and stopped new meds we would have had a full picture of what was going on. She didn’t leave room for discussion or questions. She seemed annoyed when I asked questions. She did however ask if I was on diet pills and did recommend I put ketchup on everything for increased sodium intake. She was sure to let me know that ‘my body spray’ was making her cough. Unprofessional and strange because I don’t wear perfume or body spray and only use non toxic house cleaners and detergent with zero fragrance. She was condescending. I’ve been going to this practice for 15+ years. I will never be back.

I have already recommended her to others. She is kind, understanding, quick witted and always smiling.

I trust her care and advise she gives me. She takes time to answer my questions and genuinely cares for my health.

Dr. Watts always listens and actually remembers previous discussions. My only complaint is that doctors today seem over scheduled. There were things I would ave liked to discuss but felt that time was of the essence. This is NOT a Dr. Watts issue but a systemic issue.
