Her response wasnt very reassuring nor was any advice offered when I sent a message to her regarding whether I should go to the E.R. because I was very concerned that my bp had been high for a few days & a headache for 2 days that I couldn't get rid of.

She is really helpful and very knowledgeable in cases where the patient needs information about certain aspects

Dr Guo is pleasant, knowledgeable, well informed, and has a lovely manner of presentation.

She conducted herself like every Dr I have dealt with at Pro Health. Professional, caring, compassionate. I have never been rushed through the appointment and when I ask a question or describe a symptom I was listened to.

She is professional and quite engaging. So thorough. I feel connected and I trust her.

DOCTOR LING GUO is a great listener, very compassionate, knowledgeable and very thorough. She will go over everything with you to ensure you understand all your medicines and treatments.

She was very attentive to me

I felt like a number. Cookie-cutter approach to care. Multiple questions about smoking (if I've never smoked, why would I start in my [omitted]?!) and NONE about sleep, stress management, diet, cholesterol, weight management, cancer prevention, healthy relationships, menopause, etc.. So imbalanced! I can't believe that it would be called a wellness visit or a preventive care visit. Doctor referred to the front desk staff as he girls which I found extremely unprofessional.

Disappointed care provider did not work with my needs about a medication. Understand she was not my PCP but I was there for a wellness visit.

I was there for my physical. My normal doctor was out so was seen by another. The exam I received was not as thorough as my regular doctor would do. Not sure why.

The doctor and her medical assistant gave me excellent care.
