Mary Baldino is very caring and addresses my health issues and answers all my questions and concerns in a manner that makes it easy for me to understand. She is friendly and very professional. Only thing is the appointment was at 9:45, I completed my end early and arrived at 9:30 and then proceeded to wait until 10:20 at work.. I called the office a nd the person who answered from the call center (male) said, its a doctor office so lucky to have an appointment and could be up to 1:30 late. This is really unacceptable as if I were 10 minutes late, most offices don't accept you and charge you for the visit

She's good, always listens. A little rushed at this visit but it was very late in the day, just shortly before the office closed, so I totally understand people want to get home. Even in the short visit my NP addressed all my concerns.

This was my first visit so we're just getting to know each other. I gave her all my information and she gave me an order to go get blood work. I have another appointment so that we can review it so that she has more information and has a baseline.

Have had trouble renewing scripts when APRN is away or off. I thought another professional covered?
