We absolutely love Michelle! I came to this clinic specifically for her, and I'm so glad I did. She's calming, understanding, and always makes my daughter feel safe and cared for. She's direct and to the point, but still incredibly nurturing-striking the perfect balance. She never rushes through the visit, always taking a moment to check in on our day-to-day life, which makes her feel more like family than just a provider. She truly is an amazing PA and we're so lucky to have her caring for our family.

She did not listen she interrupted me non stop and was very rude. Told me at one point she was not talking to me when trying to answer a question my son had already answered. Did not even check my son at all

Michelle presented as alarmist and dramatic when discussing Jackson's mental health questionnaires. She said that he was a suicide risk which is triggering language. However, when filling out our forms for camp - she noted mild depression - this is contradictory and confusing. In addition, Michelle made a comment that Jackson's answers on his questionnaire were very bad which will impact his honesty when filling it out in the future AEB his self-report. Jackson also shared that he has given the same answers in the past without the drama of being labeled a suicide risk. In addition, Michelle stated that she was very concerned for his well-being and will follow up - she has yet to contact us a week later. FYI - we have taken appropriate steps to increase Jackson's supports (weekly therapy with me and stepdad Involved) and will be reevaluating psychotropic medications. Overall, I am unimpressed and concerned about Michelle's approach to this issue and will be requesting to see a different provider in the future.
