As stated before, she is a very caring compassionate individual who cares about their patients and doesn't see them as just a number to add on. Its the connection I get with my PA that I care the most about. But also being honest and truthful as well.

Inconsistent. Seems to be on a preprogrammed agenda caught an attitude when I mention concerns about current medications. Cancelling of appointment are very frequent. To be honest I am seeking a new PCP. Regardless of follow up comments there are things that are written but not performed I am a diabetic and I do not believe I have had my feet checked in at least a year. My family and I have been coming to pro health for a long time but I’m not comfortable arguing about my care. Sad

Unprofessional, refusal to review chart to read her own notes to see the specialist I needed a referral for was a provider I was already seeing that we had discussed multiple times. Argued about the specialist I was seeing wasn't correct but refused to provide a different provider. Requested to speak to office manager, told to contact Kate, left message at the desk for Kate to call, no return call 12 days later. Unacceptable delay in my care.
